Job Details

The Warehouse worker is a valued member of the shipping and receiving operation of our organization. This position is responsible for the organization and accuracy for the distribution of product to our customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Required to pick orders as assigned by Warehouse Management
• Required to verify the accuracy of the orders.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Work is performed while standing, sitting, walking, bending and reaching.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
• Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
• Ability to perform physical work-heavy lifting up to 50 lb.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday,4:00pm- 12:00am.

Recommended Qualifications:

Experience/Skills:

• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Dependable and Reliable
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills

Education:

• Minimum High School Diploma
