DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble firearms in accordance with written instructionsUtilize arbor presses, hand tools and other instruments to assemble firearms according to written instructionsMaintain production ratesMaintain overall quality standards for firearmsUtilize labeling software and tools for identification of all firearmsTest firearms utilizing a variety of test ammunitionPack firearms/kit contents per instructionsMaintain serial number integrity of firearmsMaintain cleanliness of areaMaintain safe working practices and conditionsFollow instructions as neededComply to work standards set for each operationAll other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or equivalentBasic knowledge of air guns, airsoft or firearms or mechanical aptitudeAble to communicate issues clearlyBasic Computer SkillsMust have ability to work under minimal supervisionMust be task oriented - Use time wiselyWork well with all other departmentsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Hours are Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pmStarting Pay: $14/hr
