Supply Chain Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Are you a strategic supply chain leader with experience sourcing metals (preferably copper) from global suppliers? We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Supply Chain Manager to join our team and support operations across the U.S. and Mexico.

What You'll Do

You'll lead purchasing, supplier management, and procurement optimization efforts across three manufacturing sites in Fort Smith, AR; Matamoros, and Santa Catarina, Mexico. This role is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global sourcing, contract negotiation & supplier performance
• Oversee inventory control and cost analysis
• Drive procurement strategy & process improvements
• Ensure compliance (RoHS, REACH, CMRT) & ethical sourcing
• Collaborate across production, logistics, and engineering teams
• Stay current on market trends, particularly in metal sourcing

Who You Are

• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• 5+ years in a Purchasing or Supply Chain Management role
• Background in purchasing metals (preferably copper) from global suppliers
• Strong ERP/Microsoft Office skills
• Natural leader with sharp analytical & decision-making skills
• Proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Professional purchasing certifications a plus
• Willing to travel occasionally between U.S. and Mexico facilities
• Open to relocation to Fort Smith, AR
