This is a full-time, on-site role for a Harley-Davidson Technician located in Fort Smith, AR. The Harley-Davidson Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and repairing Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Day-to-day tasks include performing inspections, testing components for wear and tear, and using specialized tools to make repairs. Technicians will also be responsible for maintaining detailed repair records, communicating with customers about needed repairs, and ensuring that all work meets Harley-Davidson's standards for quality and safety.

• Mechanical skills: knowledge of motorcycle systems and components, ability to use diagnostic equipment, and expertise in engine repair
• Technical skills: proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment, ability to read and interpret service manuals, and understanding of electronic systems
• Communication skills: ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers, strong verbal communication, and good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail: strong troubleshooting skills, precision in inspections, and careful documentation of repair records
• Relevant certifications: completion of Harley-Davidson technical training programs or equivalent certifications
• Experience: prior experience as a motorcycle technician, preferably with Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Physical ability: capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy parts and working in various positions as required
