Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds. Assist members with changes to existing policies or memberships, renewals, and provide information regarding billing. Accept payments on membership and insurance. Verify insurance coverage for lien holders and leasing companies. Provide binders as requested. Perform typing and other administrative duties, including, but not limited to; letters, forms, cards, rush escrows and evidence of insurance./liliDevelop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists./liliCommunicate positively and effectively with all staff. Maintain and open and positive relationship with management./liliProvide service support for both management and sales and life agents. Engage in cross selling opportunities./liliResolve member and insured related problems using discretion and independent judgment.
