Job Title: Assembler Job Description

We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team for a new product line. The role involves assembling fans and fan components for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Candidates with electrical experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fans and fan components efficiently and accurately.

• Learn and perform all tasks required for the job.

• Comply with all general work rules, policies, and safety procedures.

• Identify and correct routine problems during assembly.

• Operate equipment associated with the job, including power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.

Essential Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain a general understanding of business processes.

• Ability to perform work in varied environments, such as on ladders, in high places, and confined areas.

• Good teamwork skills.

• Basic math skills.

• Commitment to performing quality work.

• High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Knowledge of blueprint reading.

• Experience in an industrial or warehouse setting is beneficial.

Work Environment

The role operates on a 1st shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or a 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays may be required, but never back-to-back, and we accommodate occasional personal commitments. The facility requires safety-toed shoes, and orientation and training occur on the 1st shift for the first two weeks for all new hires.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
