Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join a new product line, focusing on assembling fans and fan components for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. Electrical experience is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fans and fan components accurately and efficiently.

• Learn and perform all tasks required to complete assembly jobs.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

• Operate equipment such as power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.

• Work in varied environments, including on ladders, in high places, and in confined areas.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

• Identify routine problems and implement solutions.

• Maintain high-quality standards in all assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to perform tasks in varied environments.

• Knowledge of general work rules and safety procedures.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic math skills.

• Commitment to quality work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous assembly or electrical experience.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Good teamwork skills.

• Ability to learn and operate all necessary equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility with a set schedule. 1st Shift is from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, and 2nd Shift is from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Orientation and training are conducted on the 1st shift, requiring 2nd shift employees to train for the first two weeks on the 1st shift. Safety-toed shoes are required .

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
