Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join a new product line, focusing on assembling fans and fan components for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. Electrical experience is also beneficial.
Responsibilities
Assemble fans and fan components accurately and efficiently.
Learn and perform all tasks required to complete assembly jobs.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Operate equipment such as power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
Work in varied environments, including on ladders, in high places, and in confined areas.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
Identify routine problems and implement solutions.
Maintain high-quality standards in all assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to perform tasks in varied environments.
Knowledge of general work rules and safety procedures.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic math skills.
Commitment to quality work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous assembly or electrical experience.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Good teamwork skills.
Ability to learn and operate all necessary equipment.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled facility with a set schedule. 1st Shift is from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, and 2nd Shift is from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Orientation and training are conducted on the 1st shift, requiring 2nd shift employees to train for the first two weeks on the 1st shift. Safety-toed shoes are required .

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
