2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday $18
Occasional Saturdaywork may be required, but never consecutively
Training: New employees begin on 1st shift for the first two weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift, if applicable
Work Environment: Climate-controlled facility; safety-toed shoes required
Job Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our new product line. In this role, you will assemble fans and fan components designed for data center servers. Prior experience in assembly or electrical work is helpful but not required—we provide training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
Assemble fans and fan components for data center servers
Learn and perform all required tasks efficiently and accurately
Operate equipment and maintain a working knowledge of production processes
Identify routine issues and apply corrective actions
Follow all company policies, work rules, and safety guidelines
Essential Skills
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in varied environments, including ladders and confined spaces
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic math proficiency
Commitment to producing quality work
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Ability to learn and operate equipment such as power tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
