Position Overview Our Customer Experience Reps provide exceptional communication and high-level customer management by going above and beyond to bring forth professional, courteous, and efficient service. This position will manage the various process tasks for the customer and proactively communicate throughout while providing best-in-class service. You will utilize your strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle situations that arise with dissatisfied customers. Hours: Monday through Thursday, 11:30am - 8pm EDT and Fridays, 8:30am - 5pm EDT Essential Job Duties
  • Builds positive and sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communications.
  • Ensures the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all customer requests including order entry ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Responds to a high volume of incoming calls utilizing effective listening and communication skills to identify customer problems, needs, and opportunities.
  • Resolves customer inquiries, concerns and complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media; provides appropriate solutions and alternatives; follows through to ensure resolution.
  • Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Tracks and follows up on all customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor Sales Order Status report to ensure on time shipments.
  • Attend and complete top ten product training.
  • Enroll and complete DSS program within first six months of role
  • Inform customers of monthly deals and product of the month set by management.
  • Liaise with sales representative on follow up requests for educational purposes.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One-year minimum customer service experience.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum for efficiency.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Email.
  • Order entry experience.
  • Call center experience.
