We are seeking to hire a top Producer to accomplish the following:

• Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business
• Regularly identifying, developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships.
• Provide an exceptional, effortless customer experience by pre-qualifying potential borrowers and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains professional relationships, promotes the successes of the company and coworkers and is a team player.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers
• Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, self-starting, team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory (federal and state) guidelines.
• Working knowledge of mortgage origination process, FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines
