Job Details

WorkSource is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor processes to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report any issues
• Safely operate forklifts as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Forklift certified or previous forklift operating experience
• Chemical production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime if needed
