Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation and electrical control systemsincluding PLCs, HM - Is, drives, and roboticswhile ensuring safe, compliant operation, supporting equipment startups and upgrades, collaborating cross-functionally to improve performance and uptime, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects. Required Experience & Skills: 35 years in industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance; strong Allen-Bradley PLC/ HMI experience; working knowledge of servo motion systems, VF - Ds, industrial sensors; ability to read schematics and ladder logic; Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, P&IDs; strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
