WorkSource is hiring Packing Associates for multiple shifts. This role involves packing merchandise into correct cartons as directed by the Department Supervisor, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment. Packing Associates support teamwork, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan case labels and place merchandise using light systems
• Adjust quantities and properly close and open cartons with shipping labels
• Accurately split cases and complete packing processes
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Complete special projects and other assigned duties

Requirements & Physical Demands:

• Ability to read documents and communicate effectively
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reach up to 6 feet and down to 6 inches
• Read scanner and pick module displays
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
