The HR Support Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team within a high-volume production environment supporting over 1200 employees at the Fort Smith plant. Maintains accurate records, supports all stages of the employee lifecycle, and contributes to HR service delivery that improves employee experience while ensuring compliance.
