Responsible for scheduling all aspects of patient care, including referrals, procedures, surgeries etc. Responsible for multiple facets of patient financial account services that include patient benefit assessment, insurance verification, pre-certification, pre-authorizations, pre-determination for services, and referral management. Assures that patient information and appropriate documentation is documented and uploaded to EPIC.
